“We worked with our designer and Tim to rework the 1990?s master bathroom in our Seattle condo. The challenge was to work within the small space to make it easy for us to “age in the place” and to add more daylight.

Replacing the tub with a walk-in shower was obvious, but Tim quickly saw a simple solution to what we thought were problems. Our suggestions for greenhouse skylights were quickly accepted and improved upon by Tim and his crew.

Most of the work was done while we were traveling and we arrived home to a clean condo and a fully functional bathroom. We were in time to select the finishing touches of hardware.

“Outstanding workmanship! Our Dream Home complete!

We decided to overhaul our newly purchased 1700+ square foot loft style condo in Pioneer Square from an Early American motif to a Modern style. Everything had to go, walls were moved, electrical moved/added & removed, all appliances, fixtures, lighting, tubs, sinks and faucets were replaced, new flooring, new trim, custom stainless steel fireplace mantel, stone applied to a huge wall, stairs rebuilt with custom railings, waterfall effect for our granite kitchen island and more!

We started by deciding on a budget (we knew we’d probably go over it due to our tastes), interviewed and hired an Interior Designer who turned us on to Tim Dahlstrom with a very high recommendation. Meeting Tim for the first time was like the beginning of a new friendship! He is very easy to talk with, was open with his opinions and had the “can do” attitude that we felt was needed to accomplish our goals!

During the process of choosing fixtures, etc with our Designer, if Tim felt he could negotiate a better price for the same materials he stepped in and actually saved us Thousands of dollars during the remodel! The sub-contractors that Tim used were all highly skilled and personable, also! They listened to you, provided their helpful input and gave us a quality finished product every time!
